Our experience with Kraamzorg was very pleasant and helpful. Our nurse, Jacqueline, was very supportive and knowledgeable about caring for babies. She was always on time, helping around the house and babysitting if I needed a nap after a sleepless night. She helped me with breastfeeding and establishing a routine, which is now very helpful every day. I would like to express my gratitude to the organization and its staff; you do a wonderful job.

We had great experience with Kraamvogel in Utrecht. 3-4 hours a day with the same midwife who was so patient, nice and calm. She teached us a lot during our first week and helped my husband a lot around the house and with the baby, given I had a C-section and recovery was very painful.We also had the opportunity to extend care for some extra days if needed

She took care of me and my baby with such kindness and professionalism every day for 4 hours, and her presence made those early days of motherhood so much easier and more comforting.She was always gentle, attentive, and truly understood the emotional side of being a new mother. She not only supported me physically but also emotionally — always ready to listen, encourage, and remind me to rest and take things one step at a time. Her calm and positive attitude gave me confidence in caring for my newborn.I really appreciated how she shared helpful tips on baby care, breastfeeding, and self-care — small things that made a big difference in my recovery and daily routine. She treated my baby with so much love and care, as if it were her own.To future moms: trust the process, allow yourself to heal, and don’t be afraid to accept help. The worst Kraamzorg ever, do not waste and spoil this special time with these unprofessional people, they just care about money, once you subscribe with them it is done you do not have the option to cancel after, they sent you contract the moment you subscribe to protect themselves and gives you 14 days to make up your mind without even talking to anyone or even see who is the lady that would take care of your newborn. They said if you do not feel the click with the one we assign we can send another one! and what if I do not want to deal with you at all anymore??!! no option sorry you have to pay us EUR150 cancelation after 14 days of the grace period!! Completely unprofessionals and robotic people stick to the same sentence "In the contract it is written you have 14 days to cancel!!" I understand what is written in this contract but I do not understand why shall I stay with you if I do not like you and why you are arranging the intake call after the 14 days are passed, let me tell you, to make sure people will stick with you regardless otherwise pay us EUR 150.Just FYI, the proper company they first arrange the intake call or meeting the professional lady first then gives you the time to decide, not based on any contract that you can write whatever you want in!And this is there response after saying they will contact me just simple reply to my email without calling:===============Update One:Good morning, Thank you for your response.Unfortunately, we cannot change the cancellation fee.If you would like to file an official complaint, please visit our website. Kind regards,================Update 2:Dear Alina Mahfouz - Aleksandrovich,In the attachment to this email you will find an invoice with the costs that we cannot declare with your insurer.We ask you to pay this invoice within 14 days via the account number stated at the bottom of the invoice, stating the invoice number.Yours sincerely,Director of CareSO now looks like you college is back and right away Sent the payment request with EUR 150 without even calling ... and you are telling me you are a respectful Kraamzorg !! =======================Update 3:After you amazing reply and comment below @Kraamvogel, I do not need any wishes from you, you have already messed it up and spoiled this precious time, however my wish to you is for this comment to reach everyone before getting tricked with your contract trap, and never to sign up to your company, and I will make sure this to reach everyone I know and for them to reach everyone they know, you value money over anything else thats why you should not be in this line of Business, this Business means "CARE" over anything else.
This is the second time we used Kraamvogel and both times have been consistently amazing experiences. Such wonderful, caring, helpful and kind nurses came to us each time. Even if there is a nurse that you don’t get along with, Kraamvogel is always open to replace with another nurse. I must say with a toddler and a newborn, the first week with KraamZorg was such a blessing! Cleaned the whole house, laundry and made sure I was eating properly and taking enough fluids - was like being on holiday!
I am extremely disappointed with Kraamvogel's administrative practices. My midwife advised me to register with several kraamzorg providers due to high demand. When I decided to go with a different provider and requested to cancel my Kraamvogel registration, I was informed of a €150 cancellation fee.Their terms and conditions vaguely state "cancellation fees may apply" and "as soon as possible" without mentioning a fixed amount or specific timeframe. Kraamvogel claims this fee is due if cancellation isn't within 14 days of a confirmation email, an email I unfortunately missed.When I contacted their administration to clarify if I could still cancel without a fee (as their T&Cs were unclear), my registration was suddenly cancelled without my explicit request, and the €150 fee was charged. My attempt to discuss this with Annamarie on the phone was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses, including her hanging up on me and refusing to re-open my registration when I tried to explain the misunderstanding.This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during pregnancy. Kraamvogel needs to urgently update their terms and conditions to clearly state cancellation fees and deadlines on their website.
We are 100% happy about Kraamvogel! Everything went well during our week with the kraamzorg (thanks Leonie for everything you've done!!) The advice, the availability, the communication for me as a non Dutch speaker, the understanding, the care, I could go on. We recommend Kraamvogel to anyone who is looking for a good kraamzorg
