Terrible returns process

Terrible returns process, returned an item two weeks ago. Was delivered back well over a week ago. Still no refund , no email nothing. I buy online all the time and your competitors are not only quick to sort any issues out but do not hold my money when the goods have back for over a week. Certainly not a hassle free returns policy and on top of this I had to pay for the return. Will never purchase from this company again.
