I only have amazing things to say about my experience! First off, after placing my order, What a Room emailed me to make sure I chose the correct dimensions. My dimensions were in fact a little wonky, and they helped me nail down the exact size I needed. The delivery service was extremely professional and very kind. And the chairs look amazing! We’ve even gotten comments from friends on how well-made the chairs are. I would recommend What a Room to anyone and will definitely use them for any future furniture needs.
I was a little nervous about ordering custom-made furniture online, but in the end, I’m thrilled I did! The fabric samples were accurate and the design process was easy. The team at What a Room was very helpful in making sure the dimensions I chose made sense in my space, even from afar. Delivery was hassle-free and included set up.
