I have purchased Split AC last year (Around MAY OR JUNE 2025) and booked AC service request 2-3 times but no one visit from the center and after few days, received call from this number +91 98148 23189 that we will do the service in next season (Before 1 year completion) and I booked service now again but no visit yet and still waiting for service person and again getting call from this number +91 98148 23189 and saying send Bill and even I submitted Bill again and still never received any person yet for AC service. So in whole year even not single time service DONE and in future, I will recommend not to purchase AC from this company. They are really very unresponsive. So I will say NO to WHIRLEPOOL Products.
🚨 Unacceptable Service Experience
This has been one of the worst service experiences I have encountered.
My washing machine has been out of order for over a week. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no accountability or ownership from either the service team or the platform.
We found ourselves in an emergency situation and needed assistance, yet no one stepped up to help. Owning a high-end appliance means little when the company neglects its customers in critical moments.
The most disheartening aspect was the unprofessional and indifferent attitude displayed by a representative from the service team. Instead of offering assistance, he showed complete apathy, with no follow-up, no empathy, and no solutions provided. Such behavior severely undermines the brand’s credibility.
The service team is equally lacking:
No proper technician visit
No clear diagnosis
No timeline
No communication
No resolution
This is not merely poor service — it is negligence.
I strongly caution potential customers: ❌ Don’t trust service commitments ❌ Don’t expect support after purchase
Selling a product is straightforward; supporting customers during failures defines a brand, and both the service team and the platform have failed significantly.

The customer service provided was among the worst I've encountered. I had to raise a call for the installation of the washing machine nearly 4-5 times, and each time, it required a new call to be made. The customer service representatives were unprofessional and quite arrogant. I regret my decision to purchase this washing machine; I should have chosen a different brand, as their customer service is far more prompt and reliable.
I have a top-loading washing machine from a well-known brand, and its quality is very poor and it has proven to be useless. I cannot recommend it to anyone. Since purchasing, we have faced continuous issues for about 8 to 10 months. It has never functioned correctly, and it fails to dry clothes effectively. This company has been a major letdown!
The customer care service is extremely disappointing, and they seem to endorse individuals with poor reputations. The technicians are even worse, prioritizing money over quality service. The service center in Varanasi is particularly inadequate, with technicians lacking the necessary skills to repair appliances. They ruined my fridge, which I had purchased just a year ago.
