Great Experience

Authentic and carefully chosen whisky :) Even tho I haven't opened my bottle, i can tell the enthauism from their packaging and the story behind it. Very lovely stuff on call as well. Would Recommend.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam, I was offered three free bottles of wine after making a purchase at another company, on the proviso that I paid the postage. It was not made clear that I would be subscribing, and charged £36 every month subsequently. After one month, I cancelled my subscription last week, having been assured on the phone that I was cancelled, they have charged me again and sent more wine I don't need. READ THE SMALL PRINT EVERYONE. TOTAL CON!!!

Very helpful and friendly

Very helpful and friendly. Originally called to cancel my subscription however he did a good job at Advertising the whiskey and the upcoming offer I would receive if I was to stay with Whisky52. So I have decided to stay and take advantage of the offer and take some time to enjoy the whisky’s you have. He was a very kind polite member to speak with and a credit to the company doing a great job. Thanks Cameron

Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription due to new medication but those I had were good and a great price. Cancelling was dealt with in a professional and caring manner, with no coercing to carry on. Great customer service.
