Order from deliveroo Daily and I received a congratulations 👏🎉 you've won a free bottle of whisky on us 😀....T&C Actually it's not FREE it's a 35cl and you have to pay £10 for postage and ALSO sign up for a subscription contract and regular purchases....... In my opinion it's extremely misleading and if anything it puts you off ever trying the brand.
Good customer service operative managed to cancel my "membership" - he gets the 5 stars. It would have been better if I had been able to cancel with very few clicks. A pity that my offer for a bottle through The Spectator was only for (what I'd call) a half-bottle; rather a sour taste left.
I subscribed to Beer52 and redeemed a voucher off the back of it for an introductory bottle from Whisky52. I always had the intention of cancelling the whisky52 subscription once the bottle arrived. Jordan was extremely friendly and cancelled this down no problem.
