I initially called with the intention of cancelling my subscription, but the service I received completely changed my mind. The representative was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the whiskies and the upcoming offers available. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel valued as a customer.Thanks to his professionalism and enthusiasm, I’ve decided to stay with Whisky25 and take advantage of the fantastic offer. I’m now looking forward to discovering and enjoying the selection of whiskies they provide.He was polite, patient, and an absolute credit to the company. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition – highly recommended and well worth a 5-star rating.
I am absolutely disgusted at the service I have received today from a man I spoke with, to cancel my subscription. I asked to cancel my subscription and he continued to put pressure on me to take several offers. All of which I declined, but that didn’t stop him. I have feedback that there should be an online option to cancel as calling and been pressured into something is not customer friendly and if I don’t want to take an offer I certainly wouldn’t have done, given this individuals tone, language and behaviours. At the end of the end he did say he had cancelled, although I am not sure this has happened. He asked if there was anything else to which I replied no thank you and he actually put the phone down on me. No thank you for calling goodbye. I am left feeling quite upset by this call and I will never touch this company again.
My American husband after yrs of drinking all kinds of Bourbon has recently moved over to Whisky.Kaye and her team are amazing they take all the hassle out of 'doing it alone' as a relatively newcomer to whisky.They are so knowledgeable.My husband now has the pleasure of drinking whiskys that he may never have come across without, Kaye and the team!
They get an extra star for this months review as the whiskey is actually drinkable. They still lose three stars for how difficult they make it to cancel. ALL the bad reviews mention this, so they cant use the excuse they didn't know. People in 2025 don't want to have to spend 30 minutes on the phone simply canceling a subscription (don't we have enough subscriptions?!). If I find time to cancel before the next post this will be my last review, otherwise I'll review next months whisky too...
