Was looking to cancel my membership as I no longer have any need for the product, the advisor on the phone Julie was amazing; plenty of small talk which made the 5 minute call feel like a minute; plenty of laughs even passed me on a new drink which I will definitely give a shot; best service for a long time
I loved the whisky unfortunately i could no longer afford the both the whisky and beer subscription so one had to go, My cancellation was dealt with with the upmost care and professionalism by Charlotte and i was given free delivery for 3 months which also helps.
