Great product and excellent customer service from Finlay. Although I called to cancel my subscription, Finlay was polite and courteous and processed my request efficiently. I would add that the ‘free’ bottle by paying postage should more clearly state that you are agreeing to a subscription.
I am now 3 bottles into my suscription and have always received a 5 star experience with customer services, deliveries and the Whiskey itself. I regularly go camping/caravanning and like a whiskey to share with friends whilst I am away. Jack explained how I can pause my suscription so I can receive less Whiskeys over the year and catch up on drinking what I have alreday received... This is great as I am in control without filling my cupboards with unopened Whiskeys. Regards Rob
What a disturbing experience. I started off trying to cancel early in July, and was persuaded to stay for a "special" single malt, at half price. Instead they charged me full price for what is nothing like that single malt they mentioned. The fact that you can only cancel by calling and speaking to a salesperson is a red flag. I've finally cancelled, even through the cacophony of them offering me a 15% voucher on my next order.
I rang through and got Julie on the phone. She was great and helped with my query, we wanted to cut our boxes down to every other month to save some money and cut down on our consumption. She wasn't pushy and gave us exactly what we needed. Thank you so much, one of the best CSV experiences I have had. :)
