All work dealt with quickly and the installation was very neat. The staff were very helpful and clearly knew their job. System was up and running within 45 minutes of turning on... My download has gone from an average of 18mbs to 237 and even without repeaters the signal is throughout the household.
The installation went very well the to guys were very polite & helpful, they made sure our phones ,& televisions were all working before they left,our internet speed is a lot faster highly recommended,

They were very polite and efficient, tidying up as they carried out all aspects of the installation and offered us help in connecting our various devices to the WiFi network. Wight Fibre staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clearly explained during installation. Matthew in the sales department was exceptionally helpful answering queries. So nice to be able to speak to a real person unlike other companies nowadays. !00% recommend.
I was most pleased with Wightfibre's installation of my Wi-fi as the two young men team did a fast and efficient job ,respecting my property (first floor apartment) and with the minimum of fuss and explaining everything as they went along. I was most impressed.
