A promotion was offered to me in the form of a free matched bet however upon trying to utilise it wasn’t available. I asked the question to be told that restrictions were applied on my account (no doubt due to the fact I was having success) and it wasn’t applicable. Why was I offered this promotion to begin with? WH are operating in an unethical matter for financial gain. Spend your money elsewhere.
If I could rate zero I would. The casino games are 100% rigged for customers to lose. The payouts are set to minimal. The fact I played a certain game for over 6 months depositing around 10 a day with only one payout of significant size £110 is a joke. William Hill are scamming people out of there money you can open an account without verification and lodge money but when you want to take money out you have to verify your account William Hill will close your account for no reason It's because they don't want to payout was just speaking to a supervisor from William Hill and he told me my account was closed end off William Hill should be investigated and shut down Looking at the amount of times they were fined you think they would learn from it.People should avoid William Hill like the plague maybe that will wake them up and have them stop scamming people
I don't know what has happened to William hill but it's now disgusting.... I am convinced the payout percentage has been changed to basically nothing I've just topped up my account and tried the slots ... Bad idea 150 spins with nothing no bonus nothing... In William Hill's Huddersfield shop, I've been in with so-called 'free' vouchers from the newspapers only to be told they wouldn't accept them as they'd already accepted a few. The staff are also very rude. Online, they also cheat.
