Hi just to let everyone know williamhill have not paid me out I won 4K in a shop bet and when I went to collect it they said I have a request for bank statement and was not allowed to bet. I said well I have been betting for years and always been paid cash unfortunately they have my bank card saved and this flagged. No one is shop can help you can only email and this is a painful process been a week with one reply asking for more details am not sure if I will get it or not but I will never again bet with them. Take the bet but don’t pay out.
Check all your bets with this crap company,can’t even settle bets properly ie settled my bet on a footy game as a loser and they never even played!!!!!!! should have been voided,the more obscure the game the more they think you won’t check.AVOID WILLIAM HILL.
So good to deal with a very helpful Bookmaker. I have had a few issues at getting winnings repaid to my Bank account. I think the problem lies with the Bank's Card-Issuer. Hills agents are always helpful is sorting queries for me which is much appreciated
