Horrible graphics on this site. An ambiguous and new set up caused a wrong bet. Contacted customer services, but when they asked for the betting ref and I was inputting it, they just ended the conversation. Totally crooked and not bothered to look after their customers after 20 years. Definitely go elsewhere !!!
They are disgrace they don't pay you if you win. Further they have these scam basketball games I.e today their projection for this game was 172 Over or under the game was Tiblisi university v Olampi this game was a scam they say it finished 99-95 in 40 mins this is a scam. NAB the average game that the mean is 200 in 48 mins Tiblisi uni would not score 65 the rest scored by William hill I had bets under 175. 178.181.187 and lost to be honest had i continued betting the target would have bigger and bigger. Disgrace scammer public should be protected. Stay away from Hill the worse bookie and a cheat nothing less they are scum.
Been a new customer for 4 months. Have been using the free drop daily for the last 6-8 weeks and always landing the ‘X’ without fail. Apparently it’s random - clearly isn’t. My partner has played every single day for over a year and not once. Management were supposed to be creating a case but nearly a month in there is no update. Every customer service (especially regime) I’ve spoken to is useless! Better off using Betway or paddy power for better returns.

Was in the shop on the 12 the August, horrible customer service from the lady counter customer service in nithsdale road Glasgow . Had a go at me with her rude and disrespectful attitude. Didn't even want to place my betting slip because when I handed her the slip, saying that she had the right to do so, because she dislikes. A terrible management to keep a staff like this in the company.
