⸻Very disappointed with this service. There was no update or communication after placing the order. At the last minute, they changed the flowers and there was no response when I tried to reach out. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience. Please DO NOT waste money on them..
Ordered a rakhi hamper, got delivered on time which is great but the delivery guys was trying to act smart - asked for payment when we had already paid in advance online. When we said we can show the proof of payment, he accepted it. I found it dishonest behaviour from winni staff and embarrassing for me as the hamper was sent as a gift so the recipient was a bit shocked when they were asked to pay for the order.
I cannot trust them, the customer service has very poor communication skill, and they dont bother to answer your queries. Choose Amazon! trust me I learned the hard way.The orders may or may not reach because they choose the cheapest delivery method and company. Imagine your package sitting the whole 2 day to each transit destination.You cannnot upgrade the speed.Why Amazon? Amazon has their own delivery system and much stronger than anything else.You can also choose blinkit, swiggy etc also, if you have the option.
I had ordered a Rakhi for my brother, but it never reached him. The order status was wrongly marked as "delivered", but my brother didn’t get anything. I kept calling customer care for 4 days, and every time they just said, "Please wait 24 hours" – but nothing happened.This was not just a product, it was a festival emotion. They completely ruined Raksha Bandhan for me and my brother. No refund, no proper help, nothing.Such careless and heartless service. Please don’t trust them during special occasions.
Hi,I have placed an order for today. Order Id-508044533010 but stale flowers got delivered. I had to pay 883rs for the stale flowers I reached out to your customer care but didn't get any support. Rather they claimed that vendor has confirmed fresh flowers have been delivered, implying that I am lying.
Worst service received as look like untrained run this app and earning money to make us fool only I ordered online that should be delivered from 10am - 2 am and i was shocked to see order has delivered showing but in reality that delivery boy not came in our area and told lie it has delivered to othee person and when i told i have cameras then turned in his statement and saying can i deliver by tomorrow see that’s really worst level of this service. I strongly recommend to all users dont use this app otherwise extra pain and wasting your money only you will receive
