Untrustworthy Business Practices

This company's business model appears to exploit customers. I strongly advise against using this service. They rely on the fact that many recipients won't answer their phones, which they use as an excuse not to deliver. When I inquired about my undelivered order, they claimed there was no response to the phone number provided. Their policy states they will attempt one delivery, but they circumvent this by saying they called and no one picked up. They effectively keep both the product and your money. It's clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders.

Product Mix-Up

I had a very frustrating experience when the delivery partner called the recipient, who then shared their location, but the item was not delivered. When I reordered and paid again, the company sent a 'get well soon' card instead of the Diwali card I ordered. This mistake is unacceptable. I used this service regularly, but after this incident, I will never use it again.

Deceptive Practices

I want to raise awareness about how this service deceives customers. I placed an order with an expected delivery date, but when I followed up, I was told there was no guarantee on delivery times. They even mentioned my order might be delivered several days later. Why provide an expected delivery date if it's just a tentative estimate? This feels unethical and misleading. People should reconsider using this service.

Zero Stars Would Be Better

If I had the option for zero stars, I would gladly choose it. This is my first and last experience with this service. For my mother's birthday, I wrote a heartfelt message, but they printed the wrong name. They should consider offering a spelling class and become tutors instead.

Disappointing Cake Quality

The cake I ordered was stale and had an unpleasant smell. We chose a premium cake, but it received numerous complaints from friends. When I reported the issue, the customer representative was rude and dismissive, simply cutting off the call. Overall, a very bad experience.

Zero star for the service. Delivering in bad quality and for the replacement at last min they say they can't deliver at time and no refund also will be given on time. Such a worst service and un professional cool replies by the customer support. Total bad experience never use this

Absolutely appalling experience with Winnie. I ordered a cake weeks in advance for my brother’s 20th birthday, expecting a professional product — instead, I received a disaster.The cake looked nothing like the image shown and tasted horrible. There was no sweetness, and it honestly seemed like it was baked by someone doing it for the first time. To make matters worse, I was informed last minute that the cake I ordered wasn’t available, and they sent a cheap, inferior replacement instead.This ruined a special milestone birthday. The lack of professionalism, care, and quality is unbelievable. I will never order from Winnie again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.Do not trust them with any special occasion — this company clearly cannot deliver what they promise.

I was extremely disappointed with both the presentation and the quality of the cake.Not only did it fail to resemble the advertised image, but the taste was also completely unacceptable. This experience fell far below the standard I expected from your service and was frankly insulting as a customer.I reached out requesting a refund since the cake was nowhere close to what was promised, but there was no proper resolution. The response — or lack of it — shows how poorly this website handles customer concerns. They don’t seem to care about quality or satisfaction.I don't see the option to attach pictures. I wish if I could share the pictures for reference.
