I bought five watch bands and two face covers. The watch bands are beautiful and easy to change so my Apple Watch always looks great with my outfit.
I had a little trouble with one of my watch covers. Customer service was amazing and gave me all the help I needed.

PRODUCTS: I bought four different straps: The leather and metal straps are beautiful and just as I hoped. The pearl-effect straps are slightly less impressive than they appear online. They seem more high-end in pictures, but in reality, they are plastic, though still quite good.

This is not an American company; it seems to be a Chinese entity pretending to be American. Nothing is produced in the USA. If you purchase, it will be shipped from China since they don’t maintain inventory in the US. The address in Wyoming is misleading. The chat service is unresponsive to my help request. I won't make another purchase.

Terrible customer experience and website. I placed an order for a leather strap, filled in my delivery address, but when I received the confirmation email, I saw that it was going to an old address! I contacted the support team immediately after getting the confirmation email to explain the issue, but it seems nobody checks those requests. Money wasted.
