Our experience has been terrible. What an annoying gift to manage!We exchanged it for a stay in the hotel La casa del Patriarca in Valencia but it's been months the hotel has been giving us all sorts of excuses to never confirm the booking! It's been months!!! In the wonderbox site our reservation is shown as "used" and terminated. But we never stayed in the hotel. And I keep writing and calling them... And getting frustrated, with no resolution. On the other hand, wonderbox replies to my emails with copy and paste answers that have nothing to do with my case. And there is no human response in the call center. Es todo esto una grande estafa?????
We bought wonderbox like a gift 2 times - the first one was for my bestie and she is satisfied with her excursion to the Wine factory. But the second one was with the hotels - stay and relax for few days, and we chose it for ourselves. The number of hotels was not related to the mentioned quontity on the box. Each time hotels asked to add extra night - and to pay extra, others hotels sent requirments that not possible to use the Wonderbox during the summer time and season. So if you suggest such gift boxes be sure that hotels will not charge customers extra night ar will be available at the season somewhen - because for me is strange that the hotel has free rooms to book on the booking but with wonderbox - not possible.
Disaster. Not willing to help. Our voucher expired we were kindly asking for prolongation due to the situation as family we have been through but the agent refused to help, cold heart. I will make sure people I know wont buy, and I wont use them neither, I used to buy for Christmas Birthday but not anymore. They just lost a client who bought often.
