Avoid the headache and do not get this as a gift to anyone or yourself!This thing is the biggest SCAM I've experienced.I've received a "Wonderbox" gift from my wife the have caused me more headaches then wonderful pleasures.First of all you will go through the worse nightmares trying to find a place that will accept this thing. You will spend countless amount of time trying to find a place to go and when you finally call the place to make a reservation you will here from them "I am sorry but for these dates cannot accept Wonderbox."After countless amount of spent time I finally found something just to find out that I had to add 60 on top of my gift to be able to use it. So I did. I called wonderbox and added with my credit card 60.When I called back the place they say what? "I am sorry but for these dates cannot accept Wonderbox."So after been so tired of this going back and fourth. I gave up. And this company called Wonderbox that should be called Scambox have 119€ of mine.
Sorry put this opion in France box. This is a copy paste.Even worse than others read. I sent all the requested documentation by ordinary mail, on time, but someone got it lost. They request for the change post office confirmation, but I used ordinary delivery (certified delivery was ONLY recommended). I was able to resend them a copy that I took previously, because I had read about their bad reputation, but they insist over and over to send Post Office delivery certificate. (ordinary boxes offices do not provide certificates, they are in the middle of the Street).In short all a swindle. !!!! Wonderbox Spain !!!!
Our children used all of their money to buy a surprise present for my wife and myself, but we could not use the gift during the extended time provided because my mother-in-law became very ill and my wife had to return to the UK to care of her before she sadly passed away. When my wife returned to Spain in October I thought it would be nice to use the gift from our children and to make their mother a little happy, I tried to book on 11th October, but WONDERBOX said the gift expired on 10th October and they kept the €49,90 that our children paid for the gift. How inconsiderate can a company be and make NO special exceptions for any reason and just keep the money. I don't know how to tell our children that they have wasted their hard earned money.
