Review Time
I ordered a gaming console on the 21st, and it hasn’t arrived yet. It's a gift for my daughter for Christmas, and I have no way to get another one. I can't contact anyone to check on the status. I just want it delivered soon for peace of mind. Update on 08/12: I received a reply assuring me my delivery will arrive by the end of next week, before Christmas, which is acceptable. I will update once it arrives.
I cannot recommend this site. I ordered a tablet on the 28th of November for a birthday on the 9th of December, and I still haven't received it. I received an email stating the order was shipped, but tracking shows 'booking is still being arranged.' It's been over a week with no updates, and I've contacted customer service with no response. I may have to cancel my order and purchase it elsewhere. This service is unacceptable.
Do not order if you want the product in a few days! They over sell products without having them in stock! This was their message after my order was marked as “shipped and a tracking number was provided:“We would like to inform you that there have been some issues with the shipment of the product Apple Watch **** that you purchased from us. Unfortunately, our logistics team has encountered some delays, causing a longer delivery time and we anticipate that the delivery would take about 2 weeks addition to the original delivery time.”New estimated arrival time “ about 2 weeks”. They’re unprofessional and unreliable probably just scammers!
I am so disappointed with this company i ordered my package on boxing day and it said that it would be here 3-5 days i am now on day 6 and it still hasnt left the warehouse yet. in response to most reviews they are saying the mass of packages is the reason. i would understand if it CAME a couple days late but the package exceeding delivery expectations without leaving the warehouse is utterly unacceptable.
I’m going to give one star at the moment as ordered on the 01/12/2025 update on the 04/12/2025 saying shipped. Now looking at tracking still not been collected. Contacted customer services to get told delivery next week but still not been collected. Will update but not looking great tbh.
Ordered a Nintendo lite on 27th Nov. Not received yet and still awaiting an email confirmation. Should have trusted my gut that when something seems too good to be true it usually is. Need to ordered from somewhere else now for my daughter for Christmas. Raised an issue but from reading the reviews I highly doubt ill get a reply. Noticed they only reply to positive reviews on here too.
boyfriend ordered me an ipad around the 17th-19th of NOVEMBER hoping for it to come for my birthday (28th november). It did not, he has contacted them multiple times about the whereabouts. All they said was “we assure you its still on the way” whilst not providing any new tracking details/updates. The package hasnt moved since the 29th november. He has asked for a refund twice now. You guessed it NO REPLY. i Literally just want my ipad its been 3 weeks now. Better off spending that little extra money on a legit site like apple or amazon so your package actually comes.
