AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I wish I could leave 0 stars as a review. Their customer service is completely useless with no viable option to talk to an actual person from the company.
I ordered the JBL 770NC earphones on 29/11/2025. I only received an update on 12/12/2025 that my order was processing. Since then my order status has not changed. I received a Royal Mail tracking link and that hasn’t changed either- they are still waiting to receive the item from Wonderprice.
It is now 27/01/2026- more than 8 weeks since I placed my order. Every time I try to contact their ‘customer service’ I get a clearly automated response saying they expect my order to arrive by the end of the week or by next week. They also conveniently have no phone number to call them by so I have been stuck requesting updates via email form. This is ridiculous and it’s been 2 month with no progress.
Overall my experience has been terrible and completely unacceptable. A complete waste of money and time!
I placed an order for two devices back in November, and it's now December 20th with no delivery. The tracking number provided is unrecognized on the postal service's website, and I keep receiving the same response that it's on its way. I strongly advise avoiding this site.
I would strongly recommend steering clear of these sellers. My order has been in transit for 16 days, and I’m beginning to wonder if the delivery is on foot! Finally received my order, but the box looks like it has been through a rough fight. The security tabs are not even properly secured, and there’s hair inside. It came with a European plug, so it's definitely from overseas, and it takes forever for the device to power on. I’m not sure if this is authentic; there are too many red flags. I bought it for my daughter’s birthday during Black Friday sales, which promised 3-5 business days, but here we are a month later. If I could share photos, you would be shocked!

I ordered a set of earbuds from this company due to a very attractive price at the end of November, intending them as a Christmas gift for my daughter. They arrived on December 2nd, but that’s when the problems began. The packaging was damaged and worn, and even worse, the seals were broken. Although the items were inside, it was evident they had been tampered with. I reached out to the support team right away to report this and inquire about their response. They requested photos, which I sent. After several back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to accept the return and promised a refund if everything was in order. This was frustrating since they had sent me the tampered items in the first place. It took them over a week to provide me with return instructions. Once I received the return label, I promptly sent the items back. They confirmed receipt on December 15th, although this was after two delivery attempts. Now, on December 18th, I’m still waiting for confirmation that they have processed my return and that my refund is forthcoming. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered.
Very disappointing delivery experience
I ordered an iPad on 24th November and still have not received it. I chased this last week and was told it would be delivered by the end of the week — which didn’t happen. I then chased again on Friday and was told it would arrive this week.
However, the DPD tracking shows the last movement of the parcel was on 04/12, with no updates since. This lack of transparency and repeated missed delivery promises is extremely frustrating, especially for a high-value item.
Customer service assurances have not matched reality, and I am left with no clear idea of where my order actually is. I would expect much better communication and reliability for a purchase of over £500 and payment already taken!
I ordered two switches for my daughter's main Christmas presents on the 19th of November, nearly a month ago.
