Terrible. Was on a que system over a hour and 20 minutes with no one picking up even though the automated system said I was no1 in cue. I do not rate them as a payroll company I will be telling my agency I don't want them and I will get another payroll company in as its me paying them to get my wage and they don't answer the phone!
Very polite and friendly staff. Melissa is an absolute legend! Ran me through everything I needed know about the information to give them, and useful tips on what was involved. They have helped me several times over the past few years, and always welcoming.
Absolutely shocking company. I have been trying to obtain Ppe for over 3 weeks and they are refusing to buy even though I am employed by them. I have used other umbrella companies and have never felt like I am being scammed until now workwell.
