Review Time
I recently contacted WOW Travel regarding my order because the delivery photo provided was unclear, and I simply wanted confirmation of the delivery location. The response I received was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of assisting or offering any support, they told me they “aren’t the courier” and to contact Royal Mail myself, stating they have the same information as me.This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the retailer to take ownership and help resolve delivery issues—not push the responsibility back onto me. Their tone was cold, and there was zero effort to provide reassurance or assistance.I will never order from WOW Travel again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you value decent customer service.

I am very disappointed with the shipment. I wrote an email and was assured that the package would arrive on time, but it did not. Even after a tracking number was provided, it was impossible to know what was happening with the package for several days, as no information was displayed. I am very disappointed with the contact from the seller via Amazon and with the late dispatch of the package. I am extremely disappointed.
I don’t like to leave negative reviews however the service has been very poor.I’ve ordered 3 suitcases previously from this company & had no issues.So decided to reorder the new underseat cabin bag These were on preorder 24/9/25 Was advised these had been sent 3/10/25 I checked Evri tracking 6/10/25 this confirmed they not been picked up. I Contacted company, their reply was the suitcases weren’t in the warehouse & had been picked up. Asked for the shipping confirmation as from my end it was still showing not been sent.Chased again on 10/10/25 to be advised this order had been lost, they don’t know who collected this shipment as they have 2 delivery companies. The company didn’t offer to send 2 new cases. They cancelled my order! Offered 25% next order I asked for the discount code to reorder & they have ignored my email request.They said they would refund my money. Now 17/10 & money has not been received still showing pending in my PayPal account 7 days later.
I travel frequently on Ryanair with only underseat luggage. I usually use a Cabinmax bag, but its a soft bag and if its overpacked it can be oversized for the bag sizer. I wanted a hard case bag so that I knew I wouldn't encounter problems with the bag sizer, but I also wanted one with wheels. This is the perfect solution. It wheels around very easily and has a long handle. Once the wheels are removed and put in the bag it can be carried and fits easily in to the bag sizer. This is by far the best underseat bag I've bought, and was a very good price.
I have order again the order as long they cancel the order due they do not ship to that country. Thus i have order again to different country that i will visit during current month but the order has been cancelled without any notified and without refund. And no one answer my emails and massages They are scam
