Review Time
This was back in July but have all emails to back this up Had been on wrestle crates mailing list for years. Seemed a good company but not when I joined They advertised a signing with Shawn Michaels. Naturally being a huge fan I signed up within a day of it being advertised so you would assume reasonably you would have your order fulfilled Was then told that the autograph had been "over sold" and the order wouldn't be fulfilled Was then offered a number of alternatives which I politely declined Only when I threatened to get my bank involved did I get a reply telling me they could give me an older Shawn Michaels one but I would have to order another month's crate? To be fair I did get a refund but only after threatening to get the bank involved. Seems a poorly run operation
A lot of terms and conditions that if you don’t read into can lead to a very disappointing outcome. Effectively paid £20 for a pretty naff T-shirt and a scuffed poster of a random wrestler. I thought I was signing up for a Shawn Michaels autograph and a second box as part of the offer but received neither as I had cancelled further subscriptions a couple of days prior to dispatch which apparently voids all offers (wasn’t aware of this) there is also side note that although they offer an autograph in all boxes *terms tell you this is not guaranteed. Which proved in mine, so I paid £20 for a T-shirt I could have got off eBay if I wanted for probably a lot less. It’s a great idea but didn’t live up to the hype for me personally, maybe just a bad personal experience but won’t be sticking around to find out again.
Signed up at the start of the month, have just received my first crate and maaaan I’m super impressed I cannot thank this company enough. I also did the promo code and for an extra crate which had some really good stuff inside. I’m so looking forward to the next please keep it up cause I’ll be a subscriber for life:)
