Literally and funnily enough the same issues as the other 1 star. Havent received the item yet. I asked about delivery and how long to wait etc, replied back very efficiently. But when i then challenged the unclear responses they gave me about delivery, they stopped replying to my email. And then i was polite and just said your information is unclear etc via their facebook page and this grown adults blocked me.. GROWN ADULTS AND THEY BLOCK CUSTOMERS 😂😂😂. Anyway, product might or might not be great as it seems like ill never receive mine. Customer sevice is awful and get offended when they get challenged. Good luck to you all****regards to the reply to this review****Lying again. I was polite and patience. I asked for clear information in a polite and mature manner. You decided not to reply to my email. I then replied to on of your posts on Facebook, to which you provided info I was asking for which was still incredibly vague and unclear which I'm sure anyone would agree. You then decided to remove my comment and actually block me for no reason. I then emailed you again, you didn't reply. I then email again today (3rd June 2025), and only today you replied.Please don't make yourself look good for providing poor and immature service.
I’ve been a WrestleCrate subscriber for six years now and am impressed every month.They always feature autographs and I can never understand how they get some of the names they do. My favourites have been Jeff Hardy, Sting, Edge and Ric Flair. The one time I had to contact them for help, they were very helpful and sent me some free items too.
I ordered the large crate and when it arrived the autograph was missing. I messaged them and they made up some rubbish about it being sold out before I ordered which isn't true. They wouldnt replace or refund. Very disappointing after years of buying crates. I will never order with this company again and would suggest others avoid too. 👎👎👎👎👎
Have just received my second crate and I am still overjoyed by the quality of these crates and the joy they bring. Definitely a little something to look forward to towards the end of the month. We had a small issue with a missing shirt in the first box due to not having the correct size left, but the communication and solution was second to none. I understand it's a subscription based service and those already signed up take priority. I am already looking forward to the next one!
Fantastic,Crate being with this crate since March 2019 in two addresses and multiple Black Friday sales Fantastic autographs some of my favourites Bret Hart AJ Styles RVD I hope In future Triple H will do one that would be great or Taker But I would recommend to any wrestling fan I also like the random items as some are funny I think socks or underwear maybe a pj top would be a good thing also..Shame second chance ended and I never got an email saying when ends but I would suggest to any fan.
I am the sole carer for my mother, and do not work, I rely on Carers Allowance benefits and whatever savings I have. My mum has cataracts and is very sick. I bought the crate as a treat to myself, the cost itself was not an issue. However, my mum took a fall and broke her glasses, which I had to pay hundreds to replace. I paid for the box before the 1st of the month and after January's was sent out. I asked politely and explained I had a cost, and that I was really excited but unfortunately I will have to ask for a refund. "You agreed to the terms, no refund" is what I got in return. Yes, I absolutely know terms exist - I worked in customer service myself - but goodwill in certain situations goes a long way. They do not care in the slightest, as soon as they get your money, that's it.
