I purchased equipment eight months ago, and I have to say, the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. After my purchase, I encountered several issues and reached out for assistance, but the interaction was far from satisfactory. Every time I contacted support from rep, I was met with vague responses and no follow-up answers To my questions. It felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously.After my initial inquiries, I received little follow-up to check if my issues were resolved, leaving me in the dark about the status of my event.The recent planning launch event was poorly organized, Needless to say, overwhelmingly delayed after eight months Later. Information is not communicated effectively, and it seems like the Representative is Always unprepared to handle questions or provide assistance.Overall, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating and decided to never purchase from this company ever again outside of the consumables that I need, and that has been handled poorly as well. this type of equipment is Way too expensive for this type of treatment and customer service and I hope they can improve their interactions and support in the future.
Please do not order from this company. They will send you a used wig like I did and try to offer you a discount. They did, and I am fighting them to give me my money back, less the $30. The wig was 100% used and came in a new bag; it looked like someone wore it and sent it back, and then they shipped it out as new to me. I have ordered from them before, but the first wig was in pristine condition, so I was SHOCKED to see that this purchase was NOT. I emailed and WhatsApp them because they are in China, and they are now totally ignoring me, saying that I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They are being extraordinarily SHADY AND HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought this on TikTok, so I will also post this review on that platform to let other people know to NEVER buy from this company again, and I will also warn people about Google reviews. There are too many of these dodgy companies in China that I think I, as a black woman, will not be taking advantage of ever again. DO NOT I REPEAT TO MY SISTER BUYER, BEWARE. Funny enough, they do not have a link for me to attach the photos of this USED wig. However, you will find my reviews on Google or Trust Pilot.
The wig I received from this company was straight trash. They attempted to pre-cut the lace and it was horrible and the edge of both sides were extremely thick. I sent a message requesting return information but we went around and around as to why I wanted to return the wig. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money.
we were approached by a fast talking sale person he claimed that he is the manager of Ontario who claimed the device could do lots of things ( acne treatment,scarrings, pigmentation ) in all skin types.it was until the machine was delivered and during training that we were told that it only treat skin type 1-3.we contacted the one above him( Andrew ) to solve the problem he does not care at all and he brushed us off.they are dishonest and fake.they let us purchased a lease by force without telling any information about the lease company.they are high in price for no reason the calibrating time for the machine is very very long.please do not deal with them they are the worst company ever Stay away.
The wigs from this company are pure garbage! I ordered a 150% density wig, and when it came, the hair was so thin, you could see the tracks...and I'm supposed to wear this to work!!!??? I don't think so! As a previous reviewer stated, they send you text messages late at night, or very early in the morning, probably because they are in China. The text messages go around and around asking the same questions about why I want to return the wig. When they asked for pictures, I sent them pictures; It has now been about three weeks since I told them that I was unhappy with the quality of the hair, but I have yet to receive any return instructions. WARNING...DO NOT PURCHASE WIGS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This company is horrible!! They are very demanding and use ups and what they do is deliver when they want then leave a note saying it’s at a drop off location and it’s not there. Then they text and email you at 5 am or 10 pm demanding you get it or they will return it or destroy it! I happen to work 3-12 hour shifts and I’m sorry but I have received several units that are more expensive to my door. They are not considerate and continue to harass me to the point that I am writing this review! I better make time to get it tomorrow huh!!! I will never order from them again they are quite rude!!!
Cynosure is trying to bill and collect for an item I did not order. I was sent the wrong thing and now after 22 months are demanding payment for an item that does not match the description of my signed contract. August 30,2021 I signed a contract for a near new hair removal laser. I paid cynosure $57,175.00 with two credit cards. I received a laser on October 1,2021. The laser that I was delivered was refurbished and it had a different sierial number than the contract I signed. I promptly objected to the acceptance of the laser. This is a breeched contract. The sales rep refused to take it back, give me what I signed for or even give me a discount. I called my two credit card companies and submitted a charge back. December 1,3021 I paid $980.00 to return the laser I did not order. The company legal department refused delivery. The laser was not improper working order as it would not hold water. The company wanted to send someone out to fix it I said no. The sales rep offered it to me for $40,000 and I told him I would not pay $20,000. I told them that the property was abandoned and that I would start to charge them $10.00 a day for storage. In March 2022 my second charge back of $45,000.00 finally came back in my favor. I received one call from Cynosure accountant. I explained that the contract was breeched and for the 6th time I offered them to come and get there laser. I never heard anything from the company until June 7,2023- 15 month later! I received a call from accounting followed by a statement. The next day I get 2 calls from a 3rd party collections agency threatening legal action. This was followed by a letter demanding $57,175.00. Cynosure will stop at nothing to destroy my credit.
