The boots arrived quicker than I expected them to coming from Europe. They fit true to size thankfully. They were a bit stiff when I first put them on, reminding me of my vegan Doc Martens when I first got them. After wearing them the past week and half, they are already breaking in, so I'm hopeful that they will look and feel less stiff in time. However, the quality seems to be very good. They seem very sturdy, and I love the look of them. The only minor complaint is the zipper makes noise with every step, which makes me self-conscious. I've found a way to tuck the zippers in so that they don't move around and jingle when I walk. I've also put in some Dr. Scholls insoles because they aren't very cushiony, but I do that with almost all of my boots.
