A co-worker actually recommended this company to me after I complimented her hair, and I’m so glad she did. I placed my order and the extensions came right on time. They’re soft, lightweight, and blend really well with my own hair. I’ve already worn them to work and a night out, and both times people thought it was my natural hair. Definitely happy I tried them.
I ordered my extensions and they actually showed up right on time, which was a nice surprise. The hair feels soft and light, and it blends in well with mine. I’ve tried styling it a couple of ways and it’s been easy to work with. A few people have noticed my hair looks fuller and asked where I got them, so I’d say it was a good buy.
I ordered from this company for the first time and I’m honestly so impressed! Shipping was super quick, the hair feels amazing, and the customer service team was so helpful. I had some concerns before buying, but they answered everything clearly and gave me peace of mind. I’m really happy I chose them.
Ordered from here thinking I would get good quality hair extensions. When spending this amount of money you expect good quality. I ordered double drawn 24inch nano ring hair extensions, I needed double drawn due to how thick my hair is. They came and they are so so thin, each nano ring hardly had any hair on, they were all snapped so were very thin on the ends. I’m not happy at all, I’ve been in touch time and time again telling them I will send them back and I want my money back as they have obviously falsely advertised and I’m not hearing a response from them. Disgusting customer service and behaviour, taking money from people and not selling the correct product. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Parcel left outside in public area..not delivered to me, after weeks and weeks to date trying to contact this company they,would not respond. The telephone number provided on their website they do not answer,lost count how many messages.emails,calls i make it am ignored, I am going through legal proceedings to get my refund and expose this company, the couriers have responded by telling me this company have to put in a claim on my behalf but the company ignore all my requests. I should have read reviews first DO NOT PURCHASE..AVOID LOOSING YOUR MONEY..IF THIS WILL HELP ONE PERSON PASS THOS REVIEW ON.TO OTHER VICTIMS.
