We shopped direct at Nextbase and saved money, plus we had free delivery.
This is our second Nextbase camera in almost a decade, and wouldn't consider any other make.
We highly recommend Nextbase products and ease of purchase/delivery.
still awaiting despatch of my order a week later keep geeting told it will be dispatched today even had a email wednesday night saying i would recive it today but still not dis[atched told thos morning it will be dispayched today if it is no i will cancell my order
10 months and the battery stopped charging on the front camera. I have contacted customer service over 8 days ago.
The front camera wont charge even plugged directly into the wall. It keeps beeping saying low battery and no charging light. I have tried all the suggestions listed on the website. Rear camera has no issues and also the hardwire kit is working fine. This review is based on poor customer service or lack thereof.
It was a great experience, I just had a problem with my dash cam that the screen dried off and after some series of questions they finally resolved it. The name Gareth exceeded my expectations, tnx so much again.
Unfortunately there is no Zero. The customer service and the all process is awful, I sent back a camera that was freezing constantly (and I sent on a freezing status), the battery is faulty in less than 2 years. I had to chase them to raise the issue since the first email, after a long time they managed to come back to me with a list of excuses to drop any sort of responsibility, starting from my camera was manufactured 4 years ago (even though I bought it less than 2 years ago). Because the battery is faulty they couldn't activate the camera (rather than use a cable), and the firmware, and the SD card, and I use in parking mode but it should stay on a permanent live electricity draining my car battery (never saw it on the instruction this procedure)... I have asked to speak to a manager they ignored my email and kept asking to pay or dispose the camera, after paying they disappeared and I had to chase for the camera to be repaired and sent back to me. After my formal complaint and mentioning it was an awful customer service they asked specifically for a 5 star review.
EMBARRASSING, this is the least I will use to describe them.
Poor quality, poor service, poor attitude.
I ordered a dash cam on the 31st January and was told that it would be delivered within a couple of days.
I am still waiting for this supposed delivery.
I've sent emails to their customer support email and received no reply.
DPD state that they have not received the parcel from Nextbase yet.
I like Nextbase cameras but their customer service is appalling and don't seem to care when there is an issue.
I ordered a Piqo 2K dash camera bundle with OBD cable, case & MicroSD card. The delivery was fast and nothing to complain so far about the items received. I do recommend Nextbase from my previous experience.
Once I cleared an old item from the cart I was easily able to add the item I wanted and the discount offer was applied. The Pay Pal offer meant I could pay in 3 install.ents. Deluvery was free and says next day.
I sent an email about buying a spare part on the 5th December 2025 - You have just got back to me today 2nd Feb 2026 - Yo then go on to say what camera do I want to buy - NO I WANT A SPARE PART Thats been out of stock since Dec 2025 - I already have a good camera..
Not only do you reply two months later - you obviously don`t readthe email
Typical..Its all money/sales and don`t give a hoot about customer service . We are just a customer number and not real people to you..!!!

Your website shows that you are open weekdays 9am - 8pm. I phone at 5.30pm yesterday and voicemail said you are closed and contact this email address..!!
I tried Chatbot - Nexy and it couldn`t help.
I have just rang your advised number and was told you are busy serving other customers..try again later.
I have just phoned again at 10.05am and the voicemail said you are CLOSED..!!
I need advice about a product I wish purchase for my Police work .

Well I got a reply ..!! The normal generic cut and paste reply Thank you email - No explanation..!!! As to why it took two months - No explanation as to why you tried to sell me a dashcame when I want answer to a spare part - No explanation as to why the part I want is still out of stock
And now you tell me to email your support team...yes email - so I`ll expect a reply in June then shall I ..??
