My experience has worsened over time.

I have been a customer for years, and it has only declined. My delivery took three times longer than stated online. When I contacted them for compensation, I made it clear that I still wanted the items. Instead, they canceled the order without compensation. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they blamed me for my wording. Their skills seem selective. They offered no solutions and refunded the order to avoid responsibility. My advice: if it's cheap, consider purchasing, but be prepared for poor delivery and worse customer service.

Terrible service and even worse customer support.

I have been a customer for years, and the experience has only declined. My delivery took three times longer than what was promised online. When I pointed out my request, they blamed me for using the term reimbursement. Their comprehension skills seem quite lacking. In summary, they offered no solutions and refunded the entire order to avoid accountability. My advice: if it's cheap, consider buying, but be ready for awful delivery and worse customer service.

You'll end up losing money.

The products seem good and the prices are attractive, but you'll ultimately lose money due to the damaged items you'll have to throw away: dented cans, torn bags... These pose serious health risks, all because of the courier service they use. It's simply not worth it. Opt for a place with higher prices but reliable delivery. Don't even try contacting customer service; there's no phone support anymore, and they won't issue refunds. Instead, they make you jump through hoops to get a refund, regardless of your past purchases. The company has changed since being bought out; now, you're just a source of revenue.

Terrible shipping experience.

I ordered dog food for the first time, and after ten days of nothing, I found out my order was delayed for over a month. If you're in a remote area, don't order from them. It's the 21st century, and other places deliver faster. It's a shame, and contacting them is a waste of time. I canceled my order—never again. Avoid using their service.

Good value for pet supplies.

Good value for pets. Unfortunately, they really need to improve their delivery service. They take payment promptly but fail to deliver efficiently.

Dreadful company.

A horrible company. Dealing with automated responses that repeat the same information is frustrating. My order has been in transit for six days without arrival. As mentioned, contacting them is impossible. Their carrier also fails to respond. I prefer other platforms that deliver to my door within a day, even during busy seasons.

Lack of delivery information.

There was no information about delivery times during or after the order process, just a vague statement about it taking 2 to 4 days. Two days after placing the order, I got a message stating the package had been dispatched and would arrive within 24 hours, or 48 in exceptional cases. Two days later, I received a message saying delivery was delayed by 4 more days, totaling 7 days. They are completely unreliable. I received a standard email apologizing for the delay and offering a 5% discount on my next purchase, which feels like a routine response rather than genuine customer service.
