Review Time
This company is a SCAM. A year ago I bought a product from them. Ever since, multi- variations of them, and in different states, have charged my card for an unthorized amont, and as re-occuring, sometimes 4-6 times within minutes. 3 card changes later, I just cought them again! You all have been warned...DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered one small thing and in the fine print it says they will charge you 29.99 each month even if you dont buy anything else. And then they dont answer the phone when you call, on hold for literally 3hrs on a wednesday morning. They suck
🤬 BUYERS BEWARE! Verishop refused to refund for the order I returned! Initially insisted on keeping it. Later, after return, customer service blocked my number and stopped responding to emails! All of this just because I decided to return 2 TV, and that was not convenient for Verishop. Customer service is terrible! Not honoring their own return policy! Order was placed for Natalya Melnyk. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Shalini L. was most helpful! They answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of a particular sofa I was inquiring about to find out more information for me. They were always very quick to respond, extremely professional and most kind! It’s really great to see 5 star customer service like this, especially in this day and age when it seems so rare! I ordered my mother-of-the-bride dress from Verishop. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my dress. Also, the packaging of the dress was incredible! The box was taped up so well, including messages on the shipping tape that stated not to accept the package if the tape was broken! Inside of the box, the dress was securely inside of an enclosed plastic bag and on a hanger. Verishop had a great selection of dresses, too! I received wonderful help from the online chat. I was very unsure of the size to order. I looked at the size guide/chart, but truly had never ordered anything in the size that was suggested. After chatting with the Verishop helper, I took their advice and ordered a dress - and it fit perfectly! I am sure that I will use Verishop again!!
Never received my order. I have sent sent several messages to customer service, Carla (the CS manager) who rudely dismissed me and chose to ignore my emails. This company was has almost $400 of mine and never got what I paid for. PLEASE CONTACT ME!! I have sent a two page detailed letter to your support email several times, no one will reply.REPLY- the photo that is attached to the delivery receipt is NOT my residence. Your team admitted the item was not delivered. Stated there was a delay and had no tracking info to provide me on the day the so called delivery was made. Furthermore. You have not reached out to the carrier to verify anything . Had you yu would have verified this was not my residence.I was told by the customer service rep that you are an e-commerce website and the item was shipped by a completely different seller ( CosBar) and that CosBar would have to verify the information with the carrier. I asked several times for the so-called proof that was provided to you, verifying delivery to my address and was ignore. Imfact I wasn't emailed back after weeks of being ignored until posting this review. I have chat transcripts from the conversation on said date of delivery with your team stating that there was no shipping or tracking information to provide me with because the item had some sort of shipping delay. I was told the seller had to be contacted and offered a refund at that point. This conversation happened with out me knowing that item had shipped modelers delivered as there was no info available. Please let me know where I can send my proof to. I can not believe I was scammed by this company. $400 is a lot. I was never told anything g Bout needing a police report. That would not be applicable stolen, misdelivered or not delivered at all are three different issues. You have access to the correspondence with customer service rep and therefore see there was some sort of mix up. How do I pay you for goods and you use a third party to send the item, who never provided any shipping to me the customer or you and suddenly go from no info to delivered and provide a random photo. Verishop CS reached out to me within minutes of this review. I was very impressed. In fairness, I had forgotten yesterday 6/19, was a Federal holiday. For now, I'm leaving them with 4 stars. >Latest Update>I was correct that the information Verishop had about the pants I ordered was wrong all along. I think they just assumed these pants like all others came in all sizes or the the company actually selling the pants misinformed Verishop. I have changed my rating from a 2 to a 4 while I was waiting to hear back from Verishop. They have issued me a refund and I am grateful. But, I must say I probably won't shop them again. I'm sure plenty of people have had good experiences with them and they did refund my money. But, I waitd a long time to receive my order only to be disappointed when it arrived. > (Original Review)> Beware of advertised product that they cannot provide. I purchased a pair of jeans through them. They were the only place these jeans were available in size 18. Every other place only has 22/24. I was leery, but the reviews here are fairly good so I ordered and paid $65 for the jeans. When they arrived they were a size 22. I've begun the return process but then via chat they encouraged me to wait until they contacted the vendor to do an exchange. I haven't heard a word from them since and this particular pair of jeans has been removed from a Google search. This company is only a middle man. This review, even the this last little part of the original has been edited. I just hope going forward Verishop will be a little more careful with their advertised products.
