Review Time
I bought a couple of shirts and they never shipped. Either this company is fake or poorly managed. Either way I tried to cancel my order, but I fully anticipate eating $62 for two shirts.
Order 8816. I got an email to do a review while the Shop app says that it’s in transit. And no response from email or directly on the website. This seems to be yet another fancy Instagram page with an amazing media campaign that doesn’t actually deliver on anything. I would love to get the order in which case I’ll be happy to change this review.
Man,from Australia here I just received my superman t shirt … IS EXACTLY a NIGHTMARE, RIDICULOUS product…… it doesn’t meet the expectations with the photo … and it is $54 per piece!! Freaking getting ribbed off The worst part is I order 2 different colour but same size , AND they came 1 piece way bigger than another …2nd ) shipment slow as F , it takes ages Guys please be aware
I ordered on 21st January and paid for express delivery. 2 weeks later and still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed and got a reply 3 days later saying it had shipped and will be with me soon. The parcel tracking says it hasn’t left the warehouse yet.
Horrible customer service. Slowest shipping 4 + weeks. And it’s a fight to get a refund on something that has not shown up which, as of today’s date it has been verified by my 4 roommates who still live at the house with the package has not come yet it says undeliverable by the shipper
Order was placed on 17th of Jan, still has not arrived.I have sent numerous emails with no response.All they will do is reply with the same generic rubbish to contact their customer service team to be ignored again.It's a shame as they had the potential to be a powerhouse company with a great product line.
