Review Time
I received several emails offering to refinance, my mother recently passed away suddenly, I called in several times asking about the refinance or to get help with my December payment due to my funds having to be spent on funeral expenses on December 17th I got a call offering to refinance, I did all the online information as he walked me through the process and it showed approved for 2500.00 with 1st payment due January 9th. That would give me time to recoup and I was very happy. I did miss my December payment that I had called to get help on and now they tell me I cannot have the refinance. No help, no offer to put the payment to the end of loan, nothing. Very unhappy and just adds to the sadness in my current situation
