1. most importantly, I have not been able to get the program to work as advertised2. despite many repeated attempts and a lot of hours of work between May 9 to May 20, 2025 (all of which were answered by email very politely), the program still doesn't work3. unlike many other programs which have distinct problems or do not work as advertised, it is not very easy to obtain a return of your money4. this statement may have absolutely nothing to do with the problem but during the time I was attempting to get this program to work, my ETrade account was successfully hacked; it had never been hacked previously

I've used most of the XenArmor software and ALWAYS found it to be EXCELLENT! I've purchased it personally and reccommended it to several companies professionally. With a +98% success rate on whatever software I've used and I'd say that with a 1% margin for data corruption that's an impressive record.

Can get to the website & can't register the software.Their answer to disable my AV & Firewall are not an acceptable solution. BTW...I tried that & it didn't work.I also tried to get to their website on another computer & ran into t he same problem, so I don't think it is my AV or firewall.Also I used to be able to get to their websitie without any problems, but something has changed on their end that is now preventing me from reaching their website.
