Purchased 7” LED for my jeep last year August via Amazon. Installed them last week, one headlamp is wrong, the other’s high beam does not work.
Contacted Amazon, referred me to X sprite - x sprite wants me to ship them back from SA at my cost or at best pay for shipping for the replacement. I live in South Africa - very very poor support and poor product

Ordered the part to make my lights and fog lights work together after changing the bulbs and the part I ordered made them worse, no headlights at all just fog lights. Pulled the part back off and the wires had came out of the connector. Contacted them by email and told them the issues and asked about a refund and cold silent after that point. Worst company to buy from. Run away from them and save your money because once you buy a faulty part that's it your stuck with it and can't get your money back.
Purchased 4ft 1 color whip light for my Polaris 570 side x side.. No wiring instructions except whats on that little phamplet and its useless.. Tried calling several times and never got an answer, sent emails and got no response.. Insted of messing up my wiring harness I'm boxing it up and sending it back to Amazon.. To many other companys sell these things.
Don’t ever buy from this company, they are lairs they sent a broken hood for my jeep and after 6 months of running after them and they didn’t refund my money and didn’t “find any solution”.Basically stole my money.Don’t buy from this company trust me.Do yourself favor and pay more for a different company. Also bad quality.
Ordered it before Christmas got it on time put it in my truck does not work didn't even go on tried it in five other vehicles brand new vehicles does not work junk don't buy this I'm having a hard time finding a good light for my plow truck these are not the answer I wouldn't recommend this for anybody
I ordered a set of halo turn signals for my Jeep one lasted less than 5 months and the halo leds went out.I contacted the company and was told to send them a video or photos and the would see what that could “offer” me.The light is out l explained that a Light that was plastic and probably less than 10 dollars and they wanted a video or photos ?Then would offer me something. I will not purchase another product from them. I just wanted a replacement light for the bad one.
