Buyer Beware (Hard Pass)

The company sent me a completely different product than what I ordered and paid for. This was entirely their mistake. The product also looked different than what was shown online, which is a risk when shopping online. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, they were unwilling to correct it without me paying for return shipping. The conversation shifted to offering a 15% refund without needing to return the item, which eventually escalated to a 40% refund. Their customer service would not cover the shipping for their mistake and tried to resolve it within their limitations. They do not seem to intend to compete with US online or retail sellers. In my experience, most legitimate retailers in the US rectify their mistakes promptly. Therefore, proceed with caution; the risks with this company outweigh any potential benefits of purchasing at a lower price. Hard pass.

They Need to Be Stopped

This company needs to be stopped. My order was labeled as 100% cashmere, but it turned out to be 100% acrylic. The army green cardigan looked cheap and was more of a mint green. Their return policy states 30 days after receipt, but it’s actually 30 days after you send it back, and I had to pay for return shipping to China. They warned me in the return email that it would be expensive and time-consuming. The countdown starts as soon as they send the confirmation email. They offered to keep the item for a 15% rebate, but with incorrect information and the wrong color, a rebate is insufficient for something I would have never purchased.

I have been burned by many companies in China. Look at the names of those people giving great reviews. It is clear they are fake. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM CHINA, THEY DECEIVE ABOUT THE ACTUAL ITEM, AND WILL AVOID RETURNS.

I have lost quite a bit of weight

I have lost quite a bit of weight, but my measurements don't match size chart. By other reviews I bought a size bigger then my regular size. I could have bought the regular size. I bought a large and could have bought a medium., It is a nice dress though, for my purposes around the house. It is warm and comfortable. I just don't care that baggy look.
