Two pants and one jacket that I have ordered have low quality and they do not fit.If you want to send the products back, you have to contact them per email first to get the address where to send your items back.I had to write many emails because they did not answer and I was getting desperate because I had just 14 days to send the clothes back.Finally, I got an answer and they propose two choices: 1) send back to CHINA, which would cost me 45 Euros to send all the clothes back!2) proposed with a nice explanation about being nice to the nature, saving packages they would pay you 20% back from your buying and you can keep the clothes. So, I understood now, why they do not write on their web site the address where you have to send back.I spent 111,76 Euros, it is a big lost and the clothes are useless. I had to accept 20% back because I had no choice. I hope I will get at least 20% back. I am waiting. Think about if you want to deal with this type of business.
Do not order anything on this website!I ordered a zip hoodie in October. Now it’s almost mid December and I haven’t heared anything.Asked for the state of the delivery in a couple of mails - never got an answere back. This shop should get closed and the owner arrested!
