I placed an order two months ago. I waited about a month for the items to be shipped and checked the tracking code every day. After a month, I received a notification that my package was being sent back to the sender! Customer support had no information about this, and after a three-day investigation where I called every post office in the city, I discovered that the package was not delivered due to missing delivery information! Meanwhile, customer support insisted that the order had been fulfilled. This is a total SCAM!

It has been 7 weeks since I placed an order.I wrote to customer service at 4 weeks asking for an order update and/or shipping information. I eventually also requested a refund at 5 and 6 weeks after no communication. Zero response from the company.

after 3 MONTHS of waiting still no update on my order absolute worse custom service i have ever seen no replies what so ever dont order from yeezy.comUPDATE: finally my order got sent out after a week more of waiting still i think this company is super bad and comstumer service is trash. quality of the products is also pretty bad i know it is 20 bucks but still..FINAL UPDATE: i FINALLY got my package in today (26/06/2024) and i gotta say quality is very good for 20 euros so no complains on the product but the service is horrible. so if you want decent merch but wanne wait 3 months, buy it.
