For the price charged, the quality of the material is very poor. It’s really very cheap product being sold at high-end prices. With just slight pressure, the strap holes stretch and almost tear. This is far from genuine leather.
The image gives the impression of wide, sturdy straps. In reality, they are narrow and fragile.
In addition, the straps are rough and very edgy, making them uncomfortable.
A product that should be sold at an entry level price. Chinese quality.
BUYER BEWARE! Their products are marketed as high-quality, high satisfaction, but the product is cheap, very poor quality and the “metal“ fasteners broke the first time my wife attempted to put the product on. $70 down the drain
Ordered an item took 10 years to arrive. It arrives and its way to small. Doesn't really look like the photos. Contacted them for returns address and refund asked for pictures which I done straight away. Then all of sudden no contact for a few days now. Emails had immediate response up until the photos were sent..
I would never purchase from this company again. The fabrics are cheap. The sizing is terrible. I weigh 107 pounds and I am very fit.
You have to pay for returns, which ship to Asia. It would cost too much to return.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!! I came across their lingerie on social media, and it seemed stunning - I was drawn in. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I received my order yesterday and could hardly try it on due to the low-quality, scratchy fabric - one of the connectors even had a sharp metal spike that cut my finger! This is the most inferior material I've ever encountered - and calling it uncomfortable is a massive understatement; the items are entirely unwearable. To make matters worse, while they responded to my return request claiming they would issue a refund once the item was sent back, I have to cover the return shipping, which costs $35 AUD. I've filed a claim with my bank and am hoping for a swift refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST.
I strongly recommend against purchasing from this seller. I bought three items, and each was a total disappointment. They were poorly constructed, misaligned, and did not fit at all, bearing no resemblance to the advertised images. The items are completely unwearable. Interacting with the support team has been frustrating, receiving multiple identical automated responses, and they refuse to provide a full refund for the defective products. This entire experience has been a hassle from start to finish. I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I’m truly impressed with this service. The pieces are stunning and of high quality, fitting and feeling wonderful. I also had a question regarding my order, and the customer support was outstanding: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. An excellent overall experience. I will certainly be ordering again.
My partner ordered three items for Christmas, but they all arrived after the expected delivery date. The first item was nice as described, but the other two were problematic: one didn’t match the description and lacked structure, while the dressing gown was of poor quality and had frayed material. He attempted to return them, but it has taken a long time to get a response, and they insist he must return them overseas at his own expense. I wouldn’t order from them again, which is unfortunate since the first item was nice.
