This company will not pay your winnings. Ive given all the documtation and still they wont pay .Its going to be the small claims court next for me.Make sure you people dont make the mistake of using yeti casino cos they will not pay you.
Well my yeti casino experience started off well I had a 3,000 win no problem they paid this into the account i had registered and deposited with. However further down the line I changed my bank card I made 3 deposits and then tryed to withdraw but they want u to upload the bank card to prove its you even tho the name is the same...same address ect.In the meantime you carry on gambling the money you Would have cashed out. There absolute scammers in my opinion they make it awkward at any opportunity to stop you withdrawing your winnings. No other casino operates in this way.No thanks yeti I will be closing my account. Same issues here… very easy to deposit money and play but if you win they aren’t keen on paying out. Tried to withdraw via Apple Pay which was how I deposited the money initially. 24 hours later it was declined. I then had to provide passport & utility bill and tried to withdraw again as account was then verified. 48 hours later it was declined. I then had to submit a PDF of my bank statement showing the deposit to Yeti including the date which I submitted again. I then phoned them on several occasions as the account status kept switching from verified to not verified. 48 hours later account was verified again and funds were withdrawn. It took over a week and a load of hassle to withdraw £60Don’t bother!!
