After a heck of a struggle and sending a ton of id your ac may get verified, but to no avail because they make excuses like technical errors or they don't accept mastercard, say to withdraw in bitcoin etc. They say withdrawals take up to 36HRS, they always fail and reject them. After one week i never got my withdrawal, i put in a withdrawal request x4 times, all rejected even though i had an available balance and fully verified member, they keep your deposits and winnings, a fake, rigged system, promises of prizes etc. Scam casino, contact no. at wepage is not in service, live chat is bots, generic email replies, is bots too. I say Avoid this casino like the plague, report them for malpractice, data protection breach and claim your despoists back via your bank on the grounds of scam/fraud.

I have found this site good, like all gambling you win and you loose but they have always completed prompt withdrawals. When asked for ID documents I uploaded these and my account was verified within 3 hours.Customer service has been friendly and helpful too
