Wouldn't let me withdraw when winning £40k. Asked me for about 8 documents and then finally said I failed due diligence checks stating I couldn't afford a £300 deposit even though I'm in full time work. Then closed my account.Avoid this casino like no other!!

I did a payment via my cellphone straight on the casino app. The money was deducted from my absa account with a reference number and when i contacted customer service i spoke with 2 agents and they want me to send a bank statement or proof of payment buylt i cannot from my cellphone. Bad service really necause where is my money!!!

I have excluded myself for gambling addiction, and I dont understand why casinos like Yeti, are not verifying new depositing players, I mean after 1 transaction surely one would thik they would follow up, make sure all is in order and verify if you not listed with a gambling addiction, by doing so wont allow me to deposit and waking up the next morning on a bed and not on the street , I urgently need this reviewed and refund my deposits cmanson81 is my user name craig eric mansondob 26/7/81

Awful awfulToday 19/3/21. 2 weeks later still pending withdrawal awaiting for verification.... all the tac tic used not to pay out! Awful. Temping to close my account permanently and just let them keep the money but I thought I want to see what else they will come up with how they wont pay..
