After depositing and receiving no bonus I contacted customer service who where slow as fk further more I'm told I'm not eligible because my IP address has joined same or a sister site not true hence why I'm here so I have to gamble my deposit begrudgingly terrible service that leaves a bad taste I should of checked before
what a joke these guys are.....registered got my 23 free spins....cut a long story short I worked my way upto nearly 3grand in bonus cash and after playing for a while went down to 2400 which then went into my cash balance so then I went to withdraw the person or robot I spoke to on chat said my account need to be verified to be able withdraw then next day it was declined n removed from my account.....they say it got removed cause my spins were over 5 pound which is against the bonus rules....am sorry but if goes into the cash balance shudnt it be mine

Yeti keep logging me out when i press home button to reselect a game when after won i then couldnt win at all ever game play speeded up no feature or bonus after 170 spins in my opinon there tracking your account to control your wins otherwise a vpn would not be againt there rules ive been allowed to deposit 350 pounds without verifiying myself have not had the pleasure of a withdrawl as yet i know in gambling we loose n we win it happens but surly they cant affect game play to prevent your win or feature you can clearly notice this happening
