Delivery let’s this company down

Love this brand just wish there was an option to choose the delivery service. Amazon have twice left the delivery on the doorstop when it’s raining outside and as you can imagine water and tampons aren’t a great combo.

I like the quality of Daye's products…

I like the quality of Daye's products and their eco-friendly packaging. The CBD tampons help with cramps and tension. However, I've had issues with the delivery, as Amazon left my package in the rain. Also, the tampons' packaging disintegrated when damp, which was inconvenient. Customer service was excellent and responsive, though. Overall, decent experience with some areas for improvement.

Not great.

One of my kits wouldn’t activate took a very long time to get it sorted. Afterwards waited two weeks for my results and had to get back in touch to ask where they were. After spending a lot of money I would have expected better. With all these problems I’m not even sure if these kits are tested properly.

No delivery to the US

The Daye CBD tampons are fantastic. They took my period pain from "needing oxi just to get through the first two days" to "Tylenol is enough to close the gap between what rhe CDB tampon can offer and being completely pain-free."Unfortunately, Daye no longer delivers to the US. I got an email from them last year saying that rhe US was going to pass a law that would prevent the CBD tampons from being shipped to addresses in the US, so they were just going to go ahead and stop delivering them early, rather than wait for the official order to stop. To my knowledge, that order still has not passed, but unfortunately my subscription to day was cancelled. I felt completely and unnecessarily abandoned by Daye. I also feel that they are no longer fighting to be given the opportunity to help women with crippling period pain who are based in the United States. (They did respond and say I could still purchase the "nude" (CBD free) tampons, but that felt like adding insult to injury and a bait and switch all at the same time. I just had my first period since my stash of CBD tampons ran out. I'll be asking my doctor for my oxi prescription again. Very disappointed in the company.

Probably the best customer service I have ever received

Unfortunately my order got lost in the post. Daye were quick to respond, politely and efficiently not only sent out a replacement but gave me a full refund. Which I did not expect at all. Beautiful packaging and products. They have a loyal customer in me going forward.
