Extremely disappointing

I ordered the Fertility Focus bundle (£299) using a 15% voucher code for new customers (NEWBIE15). This brought the price down to £254.15. However, when I checked my bank account, I had been charged £299. I was very upset by this. What’s more, within hours of ordering the kit, I changed my mind for different reasons and sent Daye a few messages via their website requesting a cancellation of my order (they have no number which is frustrating). I heard nothing back and instead, received the package for the tests the very next day. I appreciate it may have already been packaged but I sent a cancellation request literally within a few hours and this seems to have not been read. Again, I messaged Daye asking for a refund/cancellation and for next steps. It took a few days for them to finally respond and I was told; “At this stage, because your kit has already been delivered, we are able to offer you an 80% refund to account for the packing and shipping of your kit”. I am absolutely horrified at this response. I responded with “Charging me 20% for postage and packaging would equate to £59.80 which is an excessive amount of money for postage of a small box? It would not be a full refund at all to charge me nearly £60 for something I have not used and something I can post back to you if desired. I emailed Daye hours after making the order requesting a cancellation, I do not think it’s fair for me to pay such a hefty fee for delivery. Please can you speak to your manager and waiver this 20%. Paying £59.80 when I should have the right to change my mind is very upsetting and not much of a refund at all. Also, as mentioned, I was overcharged as well”. I also pointed out that on their website under the terms and conditions, it states that if a customer asks for refund correctly (within 14 days of purchase) then a full refund including of delivery should be given. “Users who correctly withdraw from a contract will be reimbursed by the Owner for all payments made to the Owner, including, if any, those covering the costs of delivery”.I understand that the package has been delivered and I am happy to return this, but to try and charge me £60 for a product I have not even opened just because I changed my mind within a few hours (which is my right as a consumer) is absolutely disgusting in my opinion. I will await a response from Daye but I’m sure they will take their time as once again I have not heard anything back all day despite sending the above message in the morning. Not a nice experience at all. To the founder Valentina - I was moved by your ethos of wanting to help women’s health, but please honour basic consumer rights.

I’ve have been trying to cancel my…

I’ve have been trying to cancel my subscription and the page doesn’t load on the website to do this -all the other pages load when i used the chat bot it completely shut down when i asked how i could cancel my subscription. I tried to leave a few years ago ago but they said I couldn’t as i was tied in to an offer and would have to pay £50 to get out so i just carried on with the subscription- I didn’t understand this this when i signed up. I feel totally bullied into this subscription that I don’t want any more. The tampons are not great they are always damp in the paper packet when i go to use them. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!

So easy and less stressful than Drs visits

It can be so embarrassing having tests done but this felt like I was in more control of my own gynae health. I wasnt having to wait for a dreaded NHS letter, it was all online really quick within a week. You can also see when its in the lab and when its in the process of being analysed.

Good for the body and good for the environment! A wonderful combo. Tampons are absorbent and comfortable - I’m so pleased with the product!

I like your pads as feeling of good hygiene and sensitive intimate skin care but I still notice the low absorption. A couple of times I’ve experienced leakage although I’m not with heavy menstrual flow. The other thing I’m irritated with is the everyday pads that are second month out of stock.

Really great product

Really great product, well packaged and delivered quickly. Perhaps consider setting an alarm to remind yourself to remove the tampon as Daye is so good you might forget you are having your period at all.

Little expensive and no super plus option

I ordered the heavy flow bundle and thought it was a nice way to try a few things.The tampons I found difficult to insert at times, particularly pushing the inner tube in fully to release the tampon, it kept getting jammed. I am also used to showering and then inserting a tampon at the end, but my hands were very slightly wet and it dissolved the paper packaging and ink smeared all over the the casing, so it could not be used. Not really a problem, just something to note for next time. I didn’t experience unexpected leaks as I changed regularly and I was at home, but I would like and expect a super plus tampon option to be available as many women suffer with super heavy periods and it is a faff having to change more frequently with a lower absorbency. I did not notice a difference with the CBD tampons, my cramps and aches felt the same which is a shame. I did find that the tampons did not “smell” when I removed them. I usually use tampax and I find the tampon can smell chemically and weird after mixing with my blood and tissues, but did not experience this with Daye. Cannot speak too much for the pads as I did not risk trialling the super pads on my super heavy nights, but used it on my lighter days and it did the job. The material was soft and felt secure, but I did find it does leave glue residue behind on my knickers which was annoying.Overall I like the products but they are pretty expensive and they don’t offer a super plus tampon option

Daye’s products have been my go to for…

Daye’s products have been my go to for the last year/year and a half, as a girlie with gynaecological problems they’re subscription option is a true lifesavers never having to experience an emergency run to the shop again. Not only that their CBD Tampons truly do help relax my pelvis during my period.
