A freaking scam company who tries to…

A freaking scam company who tries to not give you what you pay for, and hope you forget about it. I was diligent and sent angry emails for 4 MONTHS after I didn’t get what I ordered in time for Christmas!! Unacceptable. They kept promising me that they sent the order but with no tracking in the email. They hope you just forget about it and move on. SCAMMERS! So infuriating

Absolute rubbish, microscope does not work at all, total waste of money - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - have not even bothered to reply to my emails - no point in returning as they are a dishonourable company

Investigating refund. Poor quality

Investigating refund. No response so far to customer service email. Very poor quality - trashy item at almost 3 x the cost of others available online. No difference in materials used in manufacture. Do not buy. .

We cannot get a refund

We cannot get them to focus. Says 30 refund policy but they will not respond to my 7 emails requesting a return reauthorization. We bought three for my grandchildren for Christmas and we’re so disappointed. Don’t give these guys your money.

Scam.

I ordered a miniscope. Before it was despatched I both emailed the company and contacted them via their website to cancel the order and request a refund. They despatched anyway. I emailed again to request a returns label and a refund, as the goods I had received were not as described: they claim the magnification is 60-120x and I reckon it is 25x at most. Also the quality is overall very poor. No response from the company, no refund, no return label, nothing. A final attempt, contacting them again via their website, was met with continued silence. No address, no phone number either. A scam. Don't fall for it. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before parting with my money.
