Very Poor Customer service

Second time my orders never arrived! Need to stop using Yodel! Absolutely useless…… you’ll keep loosing customers!Customer service was not much better in helping to track package …… constant automated message saying if not arrived in 24hrs please let us know! Had to demand a refund before eventually receiving it!

Quick delivery/Items as expected

Delivery was quick, came earlier than expected. Clothes were as descriped, even though i'm sending some stuff back but thats due to a change of mind. One thing i dont like is having to pay for returns, especially if you already paid for delivery.

Love the leggings very comfortable…

Love the leggings very comfortable lovely fit.Not happy about the sweatshirt had to send that back felt like I was trying on something that was made of cardboard.Very stiff no stretch really uncomfortable.
