We used YourShortList when they used to be called SaaS. We decided to give them another go as they told us everything has changed from those days and it that all calls where reviewed before they are passed to you. We took 6 different leads on and only 1 out of the 6 even knew they had signed up to YSL and the other 1 was not interested in the services at all.We made sure that we had a contractual clause meaning that if the service was still not good we would get a full refund after providing evidence of calls.So we called in that clause in the contract and have supplied all the information about the calls and emails and now the Sales Manager and Director wont even pick up a call or email to us.Would not recommend to anyone to use
I dealt with Jonathan Pluck from YSL and the experience was great. I have read other reviews on here and believe it comes down to ensuring your requirement is accurate, whether as provider or buyer.For me, I had a challenge to very rapidly narrow down the vast market of HR and ERP solutions, with a set of constraints unique to a HMG customer. The rapid turnaround of a meaningful market assessment and subsequent contacts with credible solution providers was invaluable. I could readily re-use the material without wasting time.The level of subsequent contact received from potential solution providers was ideal. I would use YSL again in the interests of saving time.
Very bad! First of all, we started receiving emails from this company without any authorization from us, I believe it is some illegal way of obtaining contacts, completely outside the laws that govern the GDPR. On the other hand, we cannot stop the subscription, since all paths lead to error. Yet, they do not respond to any emails. In the end, it is absolutely useless... just SPAM...
Love working with YourShortlist. I’ve had good experiences with their recommendations and some bad experiences but this was down to pushy sales people wanting to demo without taking the time. Advice, help with the project briefs and you will get the right shortlist.
I used them in my current and previous roles and the leads are of very poor quality, really badly qualified and given out to more suppliers than they say. The team are desperate to get you leads so you end up with leads where the decision is many months ahead. My advice is let me get the leads for you as at least the DMP would of been met. Correct Timescale, Decision Maker, Budget, Need.
- The leads are of poor quality (incorrect and erroneous information, the contact persons are not decision-makers in the process, etc.)- When you try to get in touch with them, they do not respond.- They give you access to a portal, where you manage everything, that also does not work.In short, if you want to use a lead purchasing service, use another company, do not waste your money.
