Began well and then disappointed! Leads are forthcoming and many are good. The team are friendly and enthusiastic. However its clear that agents are incentivised on producing a quantity of leads rather than quality and account managers are measured on generating max revenue. So they adapt processes to maximise revenue at the expense of customer service.
