time consuming and a waste of time and money

time consuming and a waste of time and money. Your shortlist are only interested in taking money for dubious leads. The process of having to call and email 3 times, before you have to go through the battle of the pass back system is painful. This also just adds salt to the wounds that you are taking your time up on pointless leads. Out of about 20 leads, i've managed to pass back 14 the ones I haven't been able to passback as it passed the time (despite the clients not making decision till way into the future) only 1 was a genuine contact. This is such a timely process for zero value and at such a large cost per "lead". I have tried to provide feedback that at £300 + a lead you would expect to at least be given contact details of a decision maker or influencer. To be told you don't have to opt for those if you don't want to, however it doesn't make it clear when you are trying to bid for a lead. No interest in trying to improve the service.

Continously poor experience

Unable to provide any viable leads over 2years and in addition the communication was always poor experience when dealing with key account managers.Despite raising multiple complaints early on we were unable to withdraw our funds.

My Experience after 9 month

My Experience after 9 month: We tried 12 leads, 1 was healthy, the others were absolutely poor in quality. The details in 11 out of 12 leads were purposeless. Example: "customer has Microsoft 365 and wants to discuss a new Microsoft 365 solution" or "Customer has everything on-premises... - current infrastructure solution: Microsoft Azure".If you want to discuss with them about promises they made, it's not possible to get in touch with them. Even after 5 mails and callback requests, no answer. They strictly follow an ostrich policy.Do not buy leads from YourShortlist!
