I have struggled in recent years with my skin. Once I used my formulated products, everything changed. My old scars started fading and I stopped getting all the painful pimples. Nothing has worked this well on my skin, definitely going to be a long time customer !
This skincare has been amazing for my face and body. Never looked brighter and clearer! Definitely recommend and the customer service staff works quickly for you. Needed to pause my membership for a bit just until I go through the stock I have and it was no issue at all. They got to me the next day without any questions asked. I love this skincare and the great customer service staff!
I've tried so many different kinds of facewash. My skin is dry and I tend to break out during a certain time every month. I came across Y'our company and thought I'd give it a try. It was the best decision. My face has been so clear and smooth. No dry patches. No breaking out AT ALL. Seriously, not only is the products great, but the customer service is awesome. They get right back to you. They honestly want to help in whatever situation you are in. I love this company. I absolutely LOVE these products. Their lip balm is awesome too! Take their quiz. You will not be disappointed. I promise!
I love, love, LOVE YOUR Skin Care! Plus, their customer service is the absolute best! They went out of their way to help me and I love them for that! I had canceled my membership a little bit more than month ago and I definitely regret it! Not only can I tell a difference within only a month without it, it makes me regret canceling and having to basically start from scratch. But, I know that I’ll be able to get back to clear skin again soon thanks to YOUR.
I have had lot of redness and scarring from past acne all my life. I have also had acne breakouts for the last 12-13 years which I had gotten used to, because they would come and go. Earlier this year, my acne breakouts got so much worse. I tried several different products but none of them seemed to work. My husband recommended Y’OUR, since he had heard good things about it. The prices were reasonable, and the reviews seemed to be good, compared to other specialty products, so I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first, but a month after using the products, my acne cleared up! I was really happy with the results. When I started using my second shipment of products though, my acne came back, persistent and on a different part of my face. I contacted Customer service and received a reply from Hailee. Hailee has been wonderful, with prompt replies and detailed answers. She and the skin care experts looked at the pictures I sent, asked lots of questions to figure out what the problem was. They let me know that I was experiencing hormonal acne and recommended an adjusted formula. They are sending me the readjusted products for free, and have recommended using it for 2 months and keeping them updated regularly with pictures, so they can make sure the products work. I am hoping they will! More than the products themselves, I would give 5* just for the customer service. I have not experienced this level of care and customer service from any service before! These products honestly helped my skin tremendously. I saw how my skin transformed within days, the serum works wonders for prevention of acne. Y’OUR products actually takes the time on each detail YOU need for your skin goals.
Another marketing/subscription ploy. The customer service is horrible if you try to cancel. The products are nothing special. Only purchased because it states safe to use during pregnancy. If you are purchasing this to help with acne, SAVE your money. Had to have my credit card company put a block on them so they could not continue to charge my card.
Y’OUR Skin has one of the best customer service teams I have ever experienced. Every time I have come to them with a question, they have fully resolved it. When I had questions about how the products were working on me, I got a new thorough skin evaluation and a modification to my regimen complete with an additional product shipped to me for FREE. When I had a question about an exfoliator, I received a FREE face mask to serve as an additional exfoliator to my current one (as well as a free microfiber headband to protect my hair). I’ve had to ask several times to delay my shipment simply because their products have lasted significantly longer than expected. I always get compliments on my skin. Their products work so well! I highly recommend them!
